10th Anniversary Corporate Celebrations
Corporations with offices
around the country often choose to celebrate a company-wide event
in multiple locations, to ensure all staff
and clients feel involved in the celebrations. Our client decided
to hold functions in four locations, including one in the south
of France, to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of being in business.
Two of the Australian functions were for clients and were therefore
more formal cocktail style events, whilst the third Australian
based function was for staff. This was where we were able to really
have some fun, theming it like a child’s 10th birthday with
colourful balloons and party poppers, and featuring adult magician/entertainer
Matt Hollywood. Staff that attended said it was the best company
event they’d attended, so organisers were pleased with the
results. Consistency was kept through the screening of a corporate
video that was created specifically for the anniversary celebrations.
Christmas Gift
Purchasing
 3D Events was asked to contribute to a staff Christmas party by
arranging Christmas gifts for the children of all the staff attending
the event. With a set budget and the names and ages of the children
provided, it was a simple task to purchase, wrap, and deliver appropriate
and fun gifts for them all. A total of 42 gifts were purchased
and wrapped for children ranging in age from 2 to 18. This was
a fun challenge.
BOEING Christmas Party
Staging a Christmas party for over 700 employees can be a challenge, but it helps to have access to a venue that will easily hold everyone and allow room for catering and multiple bars. Dealing with regulatory issues, arranging the required fencing and security, and working with caterers and beverage providers to make this the most unique Christmas party yet was all in a day's work for 3D Events.
50th Birthday Party
You only turn 50 once so you may as well celebrate in style. With a beautiful and spacious outdoor area decorated in 50's style with real vinyl records, balloons and lots of fairy lights, the stage was set for a night of good food (thanks to Willes Gourmet Workshop), champagne and dancing the night away to the soulful tunes of DJ Danny!
40 th Wedding Anniversary
Marriages often don't last 4 years, let alone 40 these days so when a couple makes it to this special milestone, it's worth celebrating with each other and with all your friends and family! This couple's family chose to throw them a surprise cocktail party, held on the balcony of an inner city apartment. Theming was tied in with catering and with beverage options and centred around an Asian and Japanese style.
Catering was provided by Ashraf at Affordable Catering. All theming was created and set up by 3D Events, as were invitations and all stationery for the night.
FreeLife Conference 2006
FreeLife wanted their first national conference in Australia to be something special, that would show their Marketing Executives the strength and passion of the company they were working with. The first evening was a formal dinner for the elite Ambassador level Marketing Executives , held in a function room at the Brisbane Hilton. A full day of training and presentations on the Saturday was capped off by a gala dinner on board the Kookaburra Queen with a buffet seafood dinner and a cruise along the Brisbane River.
